No. You don’t need any previous experience with therapy, meditation, or body-based work. We start exactly where you are, and I guide you step by step.

That makes sense. Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable — especially if you’re used to holding everything together on your own. We move at your pace. You don’t need to be confident or “ready.” Just willing to show up.

This is something we actively work with, not around. If things feel like too much, we slow down. Resourcing and nervous system regulation are central to the way I work. Nothing is pushed through.

We do talk — but we also work with what’s happening in your body. Rather than analysing your experience from a distance, we gently explore sensations, emotions, and patterns as they arise. This allows change to happen at a deeper, nervous-system level.

No. You will never be pushed to revisit anything you’re not ready for. We focus on building safety and capacity first. You are always in charge.

This depends on what you’re wanting support with. Some women come for a short period to work through a specific pattern. Others choose longer-term support. We’ll discuss what feels right for you during your discovery call.

The initial 3x session foundation package is $495 ($165 per session).
Individual sessions thereafter are $180 per hour. Payment plans can be discussed if needed.

We create a steady, supportive space where your nervous system can settle. You don’t have to perform here. We build internal and external anchors of safety so your body feels supported enough to explore what’s underneath the overwhelm.

Instead of analysing or overriding your experience, we gently explore what’s happening in your mind and body — without judgment. You’ll learn practical somatic tools to stay connected when feelings arise, so you don’t spiral, shut down, or abandon yourself.
Over time, staying with yourself in these moments builds self-acceptance and trust — and shows your nervous system that it’s safe to feel and express who you are.

LIVING FROM SELF-TRUST
As your awareness and capacity grows in sessions, you begin responding in new ways — in life outside our sessions. You set boundaries with steadiness. You speak up without over-explaining. You feel more grounded in moments that once threw you off balance.
