In my previous life I worked for 15 years as a graphic designer for female business owners in the caring and wellness industries. I noticed a distinct difference between the ones who thrived while caring for others, and those who were exhausted by it.
In my work I teach you skills to prevent burn-out and how to come back to yourself, especially in the moments where you’d usually push through, shut down, or ignore your own needs.
