FAQ’s: Graphic Design

How much does it cost to have you design my brand?

It depends on the project, so quotes are customised and sent out after a free 40 min intro call. To book a free intro call contact me. Most clients who work with me invest somewhere between $3K-$7k depending on their goals.

What is the usual timeline for my project?

Depends what you need, typically a brand package takes between 4-5 weeks (includes mood boards, logo, icon, colour palette and font styling). Projects are booked at least one month in advance.

What if I don’t like what you design?

Before any design happens, we’ll spend plenty of time getting clear on what you like, what you want and the direction you want to go. You’ll be consulted along the way and once the design is complete, you’ll have 2 rounds of revisions for us to make changes if they are needed. It’s important to me that you LOVE your new brand.

What’s your process?

It can depend on the project scope but before we commit to working together it’s important that we are a good fit. I offer a complimentary 15 min call to all new clients - you can request a call by filling out the form on the contact page. You can also check out the branding page for more info.

What if I just want a quick logo for my brand?

I don’t do “quick logos” as 10 plus years of experience have taught me that a brand identity (logo, colour palette and font styling) is required to create a solid foundation for a business. If you are branding on a budget you can download my brand strategy workbook.

Do you offer payment plans?

Afterpay is availableIf you’d like to discuss this please enquire via the contact page.

Sustainability

Our printing partners at Onstone package your stone print products in recycled materials (the packing beans are made of corn).

Your stone prints are sent to you in a gift box to protect the stone and reduce the need for gift wrapping.

The frames for our stone prints are made from a variety of selected second life timbers.

Our framed art prints are made using 100% cotton rag paper a textile-by product - which is heaps more sustainable than regular paper.

Our PVC and fibreglass sculptural art is made using recycled mannequins, giving them new life and keeping them out of landfill.
