Coming Home

That fear you have, of abandonment, will leave you when you finally stop leaving yourself.

When you stop running away from difficult conversations, when you stop silencing and censoring your voice and begin speaking what’s true for you.

-

The loneliness in your heart will dissipate, when you start to become your own friend and speak kindly from your head to your heart.

-

That subtle shaking anxiety present in your nerves, will soften and melt away when you stop burying your head in the sand. When you no longer avoid the things that feel messy, scary or hard. Things like debt and bills and money or saying no to loved ones, telling truth and following intuition.

-

The worry will walk away when you walk towards yourself and show up to stand by your own side. When you show up in the presence of fear and become accepting of the unknown.

-

The aching of your muscles and all the self loathing that they tirelessly carry will fall to the ground, when you begin taking care of yourself as you would a small child. Acknowledging your needs and prioritising your health. With love and care, and without judgement.

-

When you start to see yourself and treat yourself with the love that you came into this life with, worthy and deserving, the longing deep within you to belong and to be more, will be no more for you will have arrived home.

-

How beautiful it is, that we’ve been gifted all these feelings to be guided back home to love.
