Hey, Hi, Hello…

I’m Chelsea - a trauma-informed Somatic Psychotherapist.

A highly sensitive soul, deep thinker and big feeler - with a natural gift for problem solving and pattern recognition.

I began noticing patterns in the behaviours of people around me from a young age. This awareness extended to seeing patterns in my own life circumstances in my early twenties. My curiosities then led me to notice my patterns in my thoughts and feelings - into my mid twenties during a time of intense anxiety and depression.

It was during this time I began my journey of self enquiry and studied Neurolinguistic Programming. Despite being accepted into study psychology in 2005 - it wasn’t until 2021 that I began a masters in Counselling after completing a Bachelors in Creative Industries in 2010.

Between 2010 and 2021 I traveled to Indonesia in search of clarity (yes, it’s all very “Eat Pray Love”), to find answers to my struggles with anxiety and depression and was introduced to somatic therapy.
