Somatic Therapy for women who don’t feel like themselves anymore & want their spark back.
Reconnect you to your truth, your trust, and feel safe to express who you really are.
You know you’re creative…
But making things, or making time to make things, feels really hard.
You remember a time when you felt sparkly, and alive but somewhere along the way life got dull and you don’t know why, or how to get the sparkle back.
You don’t feel like yourself anymore.
You’re going through the motions day to day, but something feels like it’s missing.
Sound familiar? You’re in the right place.

What To Expect In A Session
You don't need to arrive with the right words, a clear story, or a plan for what to work on.
Sometimes all we know is that something feels off. That we're overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or simply not quite ourselves anymore. That's enough.
Together, we'll become curious about what's happening beneath the surface. We'll explore your thoughts, emotions and body, gently building your capacity to stay connected to yourself rather than becoming overwhelmed by your experience.
Some sessions might involve talking. Others may include noticing sensations, working with emotion, exploring different parts of yourself, or learning practical ways to regulate your nervous system and move through difficult feelings with greater ease.
There is no agenda to force breakthroughs or push beyond what feels right. We work at a pace your mind and body can easily integrate.
My role isn't to tell you who you are or how you should live. It's to help you understand yourself and your patterns more deeply, trust your own inner experience, and develop the confidence to respond to life from a place that feels more grounded, connected and authentic.
This is a space where every part of you is welcome — you don’t need fixing, and your emotions and experience deserve to be held and witnessed.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
You don’t need to come with a clear story or agenda. Often, we begin with what feels present in the moment — even if that’s “I don’t know.” From there, we gently explore together. There’s no pressure to say the right thing.
-
No. You won’t be pushed to relive anything you’re not ready for. We work at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Sometimes healing happens through building capacity in the present, rather than revisiting the past.
-
This is something we actively work with — not around. Those responses aren’t failures, they’re intelligent nervous system patterns. We gently move in and out of feeling, building your capacity at a pace that feels safe. If things feel like too much, we slow down, ground, and support your nervous system back into balance. Nothing needs to be pushed through. We work with feelings gently.
-
It’s very normal to feel nervous. Beginning therapy (especially body-based work) can feel vulnerable, particularly if you’re used to holding things together on your own. We’ll move at your pace, and you’re welcome to name any hesitation or uncertainty you’re carrying. You don’t need to be brave or fully ready, just willing to show up.
-
Yes. Big emotions are welcome here. We don’t force them, and we don’t avoid them. We build the capacity to stay connected to yourself while they move through.
-
Sessions are currently offered online, to increase flexibility and accessibility for this work. You’ll be guided to set yourself up in a way that feels supportive, comfortable and private.
-
Sessions may include gentle conversation, noticing sensations in the body, pauses for breath or grounding, or tracking emotional responses as they arise. Some sessions are quiet and settling; others may bring insight or emotion. There’s no “right” way for a session to unfold. We always begin with a brief check in, grounding meditation and end with a moment of pause to transition out of the session and back into the day.
-
Yes. While conversation is part of the process, somatic therapy also includes awareness of the body and nervous system. Instead of only analysing patterns, we work with how they live and move within you.
-
There’s no fixed timeline. When we begin working together, we start with 3 sessions. This is sometimes to shift a block, for deeper patterns people may choose to commit to a longer process. We can check in together and adjust as we go, based on what feels most supportive for you.
-
Absolutely. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from support. Many women I work with are functioning well on the outside, but feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or quietly struggling inside.
-
It’s understandable to want change quickly. We move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. Often, subtle shifts in awareness create deeper, longer-lasting change than pushing for big breakthroughs.
