Somatic Style : Wardrobe Therapy :
What is it?
A practical and emotional reset for women who feel disconnected from their clothes — and from themselves.
This isn’t traditional styling.
It’s not about trends, rules, or reinvention.
It’s about reconnection and embodied expression.
Through a blend of wardrobe editing, colour and body shape insight, styling support, and gentle somatic awareness, we’ll clear out what no longer fits (physically or emotionally) and help you express who you are now — through what you wear.
You’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and a wardrobe that finally feels like you.
This is for you if...
You’ve gone through a big shift (motherhood, breakup, career change).
You look at your wardrobe and feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or invisible.
You’ve lost confidence in your style or your body.
You have a wardrobe full of clothes and nothing to wear.
You make a lot of impulse buys and then regret them.
You try to cull your clothes but get stuck and find it hard to let go
You want to feel more like yourself again, or meet the version of you that’s emerging.
You want to wear more colour but don’t know what goes together well.
You often just wear the same thing on repeat because it’s too hard to dress yourself.
You need inspiration and support to identify gaps and make your wardrobe work for you.
You don’t know what your style is anymore.
You want to revamp your wardrobe and refresh your style.
You long to feel ease, freedom, and expression in what you wear.

You’ll also walk away with…
A fresh perspective on your wardrobe — and yourself. Sometimes all it takes is a new set of eyes to see possibility where you saw “nothing to wear.”
The ability to create new outfit combinations and learning how to make the most of what you already have.
A clearer understanding of what works for you, your body, your energy, and your life right now, including colours, shapes, fabrics, and fits that feel like you.
A tidy, refreshed wardrobe — with the option to have your no-longer-needed clothes donated for you. (I’ll bag them up and take them off your hands at the end of our session.)
Gentle support to let go of what no longer feels aligned, with full permission to release pieces you’ve been holding onto out of guilt, habit, or “just in case.”
A curated list of what’s missing. Thoughtful, intentional pieces that would bring your wardrobe into balance and help you get dressed with ease.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
It’s so common. This is a compassionate space and I take a non-judgemental approach - remember, I’ve been through this too. We’ll move gently, and you’ll be supported emotionally and practically. My background in Somatic Therapy allows me to help you navigate any emotions that arise in the process.
-
No. I’m all about sustainable approaches. We focus on working with what you already have. If you choose to shop, the list will be curated and minimal — based on your lifestyle, preferences, and budget. We can use op-shops, depop, department stores or boutiques! It’s totally up to you.
-
Nope. It’s about what feels true to you. It’s a mix of practical style knowledge and self-expression — so you can get dressed without confusion or second-guessing.
-
Not exactly. Other than my own passion for clothing and textiles, I don’t come from a traditional fashion background — my training is in design, branding, and somatic therapy. So I bring an intuitive, therapeutic lens to style that helps you express who you are in this season of life — in a way that leaves you feeling great in your own skin and your clothes.
-
Yes — especially if you feel that way. You don’t need to arrive with a clear aesthetic or know what you like. This process helps you discover what feels good in your body, what reflects who you are now, and how to express that through clothing. It’s about finding your style — not having it all figured out already.
-
That’s completely valid — and incredibly common. These sessions are a space to meet yourself with care, not criticism. We work with the body you have today, not a version you feel you “should” be. There is no pressure to look a certain way — just permission to feel more at home in your skin.
-
That’s okay. These sessions sometimes bring up old stories and tender feelings. I hold space for whatever comes up — gently and without judgement — drawing on my somatic therapy training to support you. It’s safe to unravel here.
-
That’s totally fine. You don’t need to shop to get value from this session. We focus first on working with what you already have — often uncovering new outfit combinations, forgotten favourites, or pieces that can be styled differently. If shopping feels aligned later, you’ll have a clear, intentional list to guide you.
-
Most “style fixes” stay on the surface. This process is deeper. It’s not just about clearing space — it’s about understanding your relationship with clothes, with visibility, and with your evolving identity. You’ll walk away with practical tools and emotional clarity — not just a tidy wardrobe.
-
No need to prep or hide the mess — I’m not here to judge your space or your laundry pile. Come as you are. We work with what’s real.
-
Absolutely. Many women return for seasonal resets or after another life transition. This work meets you where you are.
