SOMATIC PSYCHOTHERAPY
For women who’ve held it all together, and lost themselves in the process…
This is your invitation to reconnect and be yourself.
You’ve spent years becoming who you thought you should be—toning yourself down, keeping it together, making sure you didn’t take up too much space, taking care of everyone else…
But in the process, you’ve drifted away from who you really are. The vibrant, emotional, creative version of you that’s been waiting underneath all the coping, surviving, curating, proving, performing and pretending.
You stand in front of a full wardrobe and still feel like you have nothing to wear—because nothing really feels like you.
You second-guess what you say, what you feel, what you want.
You keep relationships going, but you often feel lonely in them.
You’re afraid of standing out, of taking up space—but quietly, you long to be seen.
You can’t remember the last time you felt lit up—like fully alive, fully here.
You’ve learned to hide your feelings, tone yourself down, stay small. And maybe that helped you feel safe, or at least accepted. But now? You feel flat and disconnected, like you’ve been living someone else’s life…
And there’s a quiet voice inside you that wants more.
More truth. More colour. More life. More you.
You dream of feeling free and living a life that actually fits you. One that feels like the most genuine expression of who you are.
But maybe you don’t know who that is yet, or how to find her.
Or maybe part of you is scared of what might come up if you stop performing and start feeling.
That’s okay. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
You’re in the right place.
Hear what other women have to say…

The truth is, to express your real self, you first have to feel…
And most of us have spent years pushing our emotions down to keep the peace, stay in control, or fit in.
Somatic Psychotherapy gently brings back to your body and your truth.
To feel what’s really here.
To make space for your experience.
And to start living in a way that actually feels like you.

Hi, I’m Chelsea—a trauma-informed somatic psychotherapist, visual artist, and branding designer.
My journey weaves together the threads of emotional healing, creative exploration, and authentic self-expression. I support women in transforming their inner landscapes and bringing their true selves to life, both personally and professionally.
I loved making art as a kid and in hindsight I can see that it was my way to express what was going on inside. When I couldn’t find the words, I turned to art — messy journals, bold colour, big feelings poured out onto blank pages.
But as I got older, I lost touch with my emotions and that creative part of me felt harder to access…
Like many of the women I now work with, I spent years trying to be cool, good, calm, easy to be around. I pushed my emotions down, disconnected from my body, and became very good at performing the version of myself I thought would be loved and accepted.
On the outside, I was functioning. On the inside, I felt a combination of empty, anxious, overwhelmed, alone and sometimes completely numb. So at 25 I left the life I’d put together (my home, my relationship) and moved to Indonesia in search of perspective.
I tried everything: yoga, CBT, affirmations, personal development seminars, positive thinking, bio-field energy healing, NLP, talk therapy, TM meditation. Some things helped for a while, but nothing really deeply changed until I began exploring Somatics. It was during this time I also reconnected with my creative practise and began teaching myself to paint.
Through somatic therapy, I began to come home to my body. I learned how to feel again — safely, slowly, and without overwhelm or judgment. I got to know who I was underneath all the conditioning.
I learned how to be still with myself. To stop avoiding my feelings and abandoning who I was to keep others comfortable. I began expressing the truth of who I am, in life and in art and as a result, welcomed deeper connections and relationships into my life.
Now, as a qualified somatic practitioner, I offer this same space to others — a gentle, grounded, compassionate space to explore your emotional world, express what’s been hidden, and reconnect with the version of you that’s been waiting underneath it all…
So you don’t have to perform or be perfect here. You just need to be willing to show up — as you are.
Because when we stop judging and pushing our emotions away, and start letting them move through us…
That’s when you start to feel again. That’s when life starts to feel real again. That’s how we learn to just be ourselves.

"Everyone has an urge to create. It’s expression may flow through many channels... The point is to honour the urge. To do so is healing for ourselves and for others; not to do so deadens our bodies and our spirits."
